Some great singers are featured in recordings from the 1930s to the 1960s on today’s show, and we’ll start out with the legendary tones of Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong. Nat King Cole and his trio join us as well, and among our other voices we’ll hear Dinah Washington, and lovely ballads from Lena Horne and Sammy Davis Jr. We’ll hear two recordings by Billie Holiday and a delightful recording from Sarah Vaughan.
