Today we listen to a selection of jazz and popular tunes written by the great songwriters during the first half of the twentieth century. We hear the lovely melodies from the pens of the composers and the delightful words from the lyricists of the time. Our recordings are taken from the 1940s to the 1960s, and feature some of the excellent singers who brought these songs to audiences then, and whose work is still with us today. Enjoy this beautiful music!!
