Trumpet and Flugelhorn player Guido Basso starts off this episode with Doug Riley on organ. Basso has been a mainstay on the Canadian jazz scene for decades having influenced many up and coming musicians. It goes without saying that pianist Teddy Wilson was a gem at the piano. His glorious syncopating style is featured on, “I Feel Like A Feather In The Breeze”. Sax player Benny Carter is featured along with Basie singer Joe Williams on “I Was Wrong”. Eddie Condon closes the show with his fired up way of playing on the tune, “All The Wrongs You’ve Done To Me”.
